Hope you had a great ThanksgivingI had Thanksgiving at my eldest sister(not the one in Portland)'s house. She and her husband finally got a place of their own, and it's beautiful. The only thing that exactly make mine perfect, was I had excruciating back pain. I think I strained it when I carried tons of groceries into my house Wednesday. Well my mom tried putting on the IcyHot stuff that's supposed to make it feel better, actually burned the crap outta me! But I had to put on a smile for the others.
Me, my sisters and parents went, and my sister's husband's parents came.
The dinner and dessert was fantastic, and afterwards we all got to watch Star Trek. I had never watched the series before, and I wasn't all that interested, so I thought it wasn't gonna be all that good. Well I ate those thoughts, and the movie was magnificent. I really liked it.
Then after the movie, while everyone was talking and stuff, I tried to watch Meet Joe Black on this DVD player I got last Christmas, but the battery ran low quick, so I tried to watch it while we drove back in the car, but by the time I got in the house, I battery an low and I didn't get to watch all of it.
But now I can watch it on my tv.
